Girl and Girl – Okay

Australian indie rockers Girl And Girl return with “Okay,” a confident post-punk track that diverges from their playful previous single “, The Cow.” Released via Sub Pop, the song arrives as they tour North America with Naked Giants.

Frontman Kai James explains the track’s essence: “You give yourself enough time, things will be okay — sometimes not great, or even good, but more often than not, things end up okay. And that’s okay, it’s okay to just be okay.”

This follows their debut album “Call A Doctor,” which Rolling Stone Australia described as “emotional mayhem that’s relatable and very catchy.” Their North American tour began at Treefort Festival in Boise, with supporting dates through April 26th, concluding with headline shows in Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver.
